The $82,000–$83,000 test is no longer theoretical.

#Binance recorded $BTC at $82,913 at 13:47 UTC, down 4.06% in 24 hours. The session low later reached about $82,772 before price bounced back above $83,000. That matters because the support zone flagged after the first liquidation wave has now been pierced, not cleanly reclaimed.

The interesting part isn't another red candle. It's whether this becomes a failed breakdown before the Fed minutes at 18:00 UTC. A sustained move back above $83,000 would show buyers absorbed the second flush.

Acceptance below the session low would keep $80,000 in play while high yields, a strong dollar and expensive oil pressure risk assets.

This is now a confirmation test, not a prediction.
