$BTC finally broke out of the tight chop with an expansion down to the 83.6K quarterly open.
The last few days were dead — only took two small scalps, neither my A+ setups. Knowing your environment is everything for risk management. Hopefully we get clean trades now that we're out of that range.
After a dump like this, ask: who got paid? Shorts. Who got wrecked? Leveraged longs. So chasing continuation shorts here makes no sense.
Asia delivered the big move down. What usually follows volatile Asia? London consolidation.
$BTC left a gap on the dump — orders need filling there. If you're a solid scalper, you can work local plays into that gap.
Two scalp setups I'm watching: either inside the current range, or after a sweep of the 83.6K low that holds the quarterly open.
If we keep dumping, I want to see the 82K zone for intraday or swing long setups.
Expecting quiet London. Scalp entries likely during NY session.
