"We understand today's security incident has caused much concern, so here's what we can confirm.
What Bltget has confirmed:
- Approximately $351.6 million USD was affected in $BTC and $ETH
- Cold wallets remain completely secure.
- User funds are secure. The entire loss is held in Bltget's User Protection Fund, which currently holds over $464 million USD.
- Account balances remain accurate and assets are protected.
Current service status:
- Deposits: operating normally
- Trading: operating normally
- Withdrawals: temporarily suspended while the security review is complete
- Recovery time: not yet confirmed
