Bitcoin just pushed above $85,000, but the number itself isn't the most interesting part.

$BTC has now reclaimed its 50-week moving average for the first time in 45 weeks, while today's move triggered a major short squeeze. More than $750M in crypto positions were liquidated over 24 hours, with shorts taking most of the hit.

There is another signal worth watching: #strategy returned to buying #bitcoin , adding 950 BTC for about $75.7M at an average price of $79,670.

What I'm watching now:
• $85K: can BTC hold the breakout instead of immediately rejecting?
• $82K: first area I'd watch if momentum cools.
• ~$78.1K: the 50-week moving average. Holding above it would keep the larger technical breakout intact.

The important part: after a fast move like this, chasing a green candle carries extra risk. I'd rather watch how $BTC reacts around these levels and trade the confirmation, not the excitement.
