Why Most Traders Lose Money — And It's Not Bad Analysis
Most people who blow up their accounts aren't wrong about the market. They're wrong about size.
You can be right 6 times out of 10 and still end at zero if one trade is 40% of your portfolio. Someone right 4 times out of 10 can grow steadily, because their losers stay small and their winners are allowed to run.
Three rules worth stealing:
1️⃣ Fixed risk per trade. Decide the most you'll lose on any single position — 1–2% of your account is a common starting point — and let that set your position size, not the other way around.
2️⃣ Stop-loss before entry. If you can't name the price where your idea is wrong, you don't have a trade, you have a hope.
3️⃣ No leverage while learning. Leverage doesn't turn a bad strategy good. It just makes it fail faster.
Survival is the edge. The people still here after several cycles aren't the ones who caught every pump — they're the ones who never took a trade big enough to end them.
What's the one risk rule you refuse to break? 👇
Not financial advice. DYOR.
