Bitcoin is still moving inside a narrow price range between 60000 dollars and 66000 dollars. Many investors expected a stronger recovery but the market has remained quiet. Even so there are signs that long term holders continue to believe in Bitcoin.
One of the clearest signals is that many long term investors are keeping their coins instead of selling them. More Bitcoin is moving into wallets that have a history of holding for long periods. This reduces the amount of Bitcoin available for sale and usually supports the market over time.
At the same time new demand is still weak. Fresh buyers have not entered the market in large numbers. Without enough new money it becomes difficult for Bitcoin to break above important resistance levels.
Another factor is stablecoin buying power. Stablecoins are often used to buy crypto assets. Right now the available stablecoin supply is still limited which means there is less capital ready to enter the market compared with stronger bull markets.
Recent market data also shows that short term holders are selling at around their average buying price. This suggests many traders are choosing to exit instead of taking larger risks while Bitcoin continues to move sideways.
Even with this cautious behavior the overall market structure is not completely negative. Long term holders continue to accumulate which is often seen during the early stages of market recovery. This steady accumulation helps reduce selling pressure even when prices are not rising quickly.
For a stronger bullish trend Bitcoin needs something more. It needs fresh demand from new buyers. As more investors enter the market buying pressure can increase and help Bitcoin move above the current trading range.
If demand continues improving while long term holders keep holding their coins the market could build a stronger foundation for the next upward move.
For now Bitcoin remains in a waiting phase. Existing investors continue showing confidence but new buyers are still missing. Until demand becomes stronger Bitcoin may continue trading between support and resistance instead of starting a major rally.
The current market does show some positive signs but a clear breakout will likely depend on stronger buying activity in the weeks ahead.
