Order book depth, ETF flows, stablecoin issuance, exchange balances - none of these make for exciting screenshots, but together they tell a much richer story about what's happening underneath the market. Price is the result, while liquidity and capital flows are often the cause. That's why two identical 5% moves can mean completely different things. One might be driven by sustained buying across multiple venues, while another could happen in relatively thin conditions where it takes much less capital to move the market.
