At the time, TON was trading around $5–$7, and Telegram had roughly 1 BILLION monthly active users. The thesis was simple: Telegram held the biggest pool of untapped retail users in the world—outside the reach of the usual tech gatekeepers—and $TON was the only chain built natively into the app.

What’s new:
 
KZT pairs are now included in the Fiat Liquidity Provider Program.
 
Updated performance tiers:
 
Tier 1: Maker Volume % = 0.5%
 
Tier 2: Maker Volume % = 1.0%
 
Updated maker fee rebate rates:
 
Tier 1: -0.005%
 
Tier 2: -0.010%
 
Tier qualification is reviewed weekly under a new review mechanism.
 
Maker fee rebates will be updated weekly starting May 12, 2026 at 00:00 (UTC), based on the previous week’s spot performance in selected fiat markets.
