This week confirmed something I’ve been tracking: enterprise agents are officially leaving the sandbox
- AWS showed how Bedrock AgentCore runs 20+ agent workflows inside real sales teams — human approval gates, isolated execution, observable traces included
- UiPath is shipping on-prem options for regulated industries that don’t want their agent data near a public cloud
- Automation Anywhere relaunched the whole category as “Agentic Process Automation” with Cisco, NVIDIA, and OpenAI alongside
- Microsoft consolidated everything under Agent 365 with a new admin control plane
One thread connects all of it: identity and governance. Who authorized this agent? What can it access? Who’s auditing the results?
That’s not a product gap
That’s an infrastructure gap
For decades, software was built around humans. AI changes that assumption. As agents start making decisions, coordinating resources, and moving through digital economies on their own, intelligence alone isn’t enough
It also has to be executable, verifiable, and trusted

Proof of Computation -> instead of rewarding capital sitting still, Origins nodes run verifiable AI workloads during timed computation sprints. Each sprint generates a cryptographic proof. That proof determines your voting weight. One compute unit, one vote
VRF-based validator selection -> block proposers are randomly selected using a Verifiable Random Function, with 128+ validators forming a committee per block. 12-second slots. 6.4-minute epochs. Predictable, fast, and manipulation-resistant
Agent-native identity layer -> agents get verifiable on-chain identities and reputation scores, so they can transact autonomously without requiring human sign-off on every step

Industry Anthropic quietly upgraded Claude's managed agents with self-hosted sandboxes and MCP tunnels. That means: enterprises can now run managed agent orchestration without handing over their data
The "trust but verify" era of AI infrastructure is here, and the pieces are coming together faster than most expected
Both moves point at the same thing... the demand for accountable, production-ready agent infrastructure is real, and it's accelerating
On my end, I'm officially stepping in as CEO of Origins. No better time to be building this
Origins' mission hasn't changed: become the execution layer for AI. Every bridge, every on-chain record, every verified task is a step toward that
