Tesla is financially one of the healthiest companies in the world right now and is navigating this macro environment as best as possible. I’m not worried about further price cuts like others are bc Tesla worked their asses off to get to this position to play offense in the eye of the hurricane when other companies are falling apart & delaying their EV products, while dealing with employee strikes. Look, in Q3 2023, Tesla is almost at an annual revenue run rate of $100B, strong gross margins of 17.9%, solid operating margins of 7.6%, positive operating cash flow of $3.3B, positive free cash flow of $848M, and cash & investment balance of $26.1B. This is nothing short of extraordinary, especially in the high interest environment that Tesla has to work through. Tesla is in the best position that it’s ever been right now and today’s results were evident of that, despite Wall Street thinking otherwise. If the price continues to fall, I will be adding $TSLA.
