What are bStocks?
bStocks are tokenized securities issued by BTech Holdings Limited, a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) registered in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). Each bStock is intended to provide economic exposure to a specified underlying security, such as a listed equity security or ETF, through the program structure described in the Registration Statement and applicable Securities Note. bStocks are not the same as direct ownership of the underlying security. Holding bStocks does not make you a shareholder of the underlying issuer and does not give you direct voting rights, direct dividend rights, inspection rights, corporate communications or other rights of a holder of the underlying security.
Each bStock is intended to be backed by a corresponding underlying security or other eligible assets held through the custody arrangements described in the applicable legal documents. Backing, redemption and corporate action treatment are subject to fees, taxes, withholding, rounding, operational limits, securities lending, market disruption events, eligibility checks and transfer restrictions.
