XRP Ledger developers want tighter rules on who can hold restricted tokens. 🔒

The proposed fixes would tighten holder permissions for permissioned tokens on the network. The XRP Ledger Foundation says no users were affected.

That last part is a relief—but the permission model is what catches my attention. 👀
