Privacy-preserving technology is interesting, but the real question is how we build trust around it.
Who can inspect the system? Who keeps it running? And who takes responsibility when something goes wrong?
These are questions every decentralized project should be ready to answer.
That's one reason I find
#Liberdus interesting. It's exploring decentralized communication with an open source approach, giving people the opportunity to examine the technology rather than simply trusting a company behind the scenes.
For me, Web3 should be about more than new technology. It should be about building systems people can understand, question and contribute to.
Less blind trust. More transparency. More community.
