Bitcoin’s recovery needs more than a green candle.

According to CryptoQuant, $BTC needs three things to sustain its rebound:

> Stronger spot demand:
Buyers need to purchase actual BTC, not rely mainly on futures activity.

> Absorption of exchange inflows:
Coins returning to exchanges need to meet enough buying demand to prevent renewed selling pressure.

> Broader accumulation:
Buying needs to spread across different holder groups instead of depending on just one group of whales.

The latest data shows why this is important. Exchange reserves have edged higher, spot demand has turned negative again, and whale activity remains mixed.

A bounce can happen without strong underlying demand. Sustaining it is the harder part.

Until these signals improve, Bitcoin’s recovery remains uncertain.
