$BTC The recent selloff has left behind quite a significant imbalance.
These imbalances tend to get filled as such decisive moves usually leave behind large amounts of liquidity, which
then often gets targeted afterwards.
In my previous post, I already mentioned that a decent amount of liquidity has built up exactly around that area, making it a likely target in the short term.
If price does trade back into this imbalance, Iโd expect at least a small rejection from the area.
Thatโs because this region not only acted as a key S/R level within the previous range, but also lines up with the
Golden Pocket of the recent selloff.
