Shiba Inu (SHIB), a popular meme coin with a large community, has emerged as the most trending altcoin in the past 24 hours, according to data from CoinMarketCap. The cryptocurrency has outperformed other coins such as Bitcoin, Solana, PEPE, and XRP.

However, despite the increased attention, SHIB's price has remained relatively flat and trading volumes have declined by around 20% over the past day. This comes after the recent listing of SHIB on Australia-based cryptocurrency exchange GroveX, alongside other ecosystem tokens like BONE.

Nevertheless, there is optimism for SHIB's future as the project's marketing strategist recently shared several important upcoming developments that could potentially act as catalysts for a price increase.
