Visa announced the launch of VTAP (Visa Tokenized Asset Platform), which is designed to help banks issue fiat-based tokens. The VTAP solution is available to participating financial institution partners on the Visa Developer Platform to create and experiment with their own tokens in the VTAP sandbox.
