Axiome chain and HUNTThis time, I came across Axiome Chain, and the first token I decided to explore within the network was HUNT.
Axiome Chain is its own Layer 1 blockchain built on the Cosmos SDK and DPoS. With the 2.0 upgrade, the network added support for CosmWasm smart contracts. Its native coin, AXM, is used to pay transaction fees, secure the network, and serve as the base asset in Axiome Swap liquidity pools.
What is HUNT?
HUNT is the utility token of the Hunter Network ecosystem. Several mechanisms are built around it:
— LP Mining in the HUNT/AXM pair;
— HRP — distribution of a portion of the project’s revenue;
— HAP - a separate rewards pool;
— staking and Community LP;
— a user activity coefficient;
— referral levels;
— token buyback and burn mechanics.
The maximum supply is capped at 50 million HUNT. Trading started on April 26, 2026, on Axiome Trade. The initial pool consisted of 750,000 HUNT and 3 million AXM, with a starting rate of 1 HUNT = 4 AXM.
Why did HUNT catch my attention right now?
HUNT was listed on CoinGecko on August 5. At the time of writing, the data looks like this:
💰 Price - around $0.0357;
📊 FDV - approximately $1.8 million;
🪙 Maximum supply - 50 million HUNT;
🔄 The only tracked market - HUNT/AXM on Axiome Trade.
CoinGecko does not currently provide the circulating supply, so it is not possible to accurately calculate the market capitalization.
This is why HUNT should not yet be viewed as an established, liquid altcoin. It is an extremely early-stage micro-cap asset that is only beginning the process of public price discovery.
What makes it interesting?
I am interested not only in HUNT, but also in the Axiome model itself. This relatively small Layer 1 network is trying to build a complete set of products within a single ecosystem, including a wallet, DEX, token issuance, NFTs, staking, a Community Pool, and partner applications.
HUNT is already described as one of the liquidity leaders on Axiome Trade, although the platform’s total TVL was only around $152,000 at the end of July. The scale is still small, but that also makes it possible to follow the development of the ecosystem almost from the very beginning.

Les employeurs américains ont supprimé 23 000 emplois en juillet — la première baisse mensuelle depuis février — contre +80 000 attendus. Et la révision a été encore plus dure : mai et juin ont été révisés à la baisse de 103 000 emplois au total. Les économistes ont parlé d’un « immense étonnement ».
🔍 Ce qu’il y a en dessous
Le chômage est tombé à 4,1 % (contre 4,2 %) — mais pour la mauvaise raison : la participation au marché du travail continue de reculer (61,4 %), ce qui signifie que moins de personnes cherchent même un emploi. C’est le taux de chômage le plus bas en deux ans, mais un indicateur « faible », selon le porte-parole de la Fed, Nick Timiraos.
Le détail compte : le secteur privé a en réalité ajouté +30 000 emplois ; la baisse nette entière provient du gouvernement (-53 000, principalement du bruit saisonnier lié à l’éducation locale). Donc il s’agit d’un ralentissement, pas d’un effondrement (le décryptage de Viral Patel — prise personnelle, uniquement à titre de référence). Les salaires +3,2 % en glissement annuel — restent suffisamment rigides pour maintenir les craintes d’inflation.
💥 Réaction des marchés — prise de risque, pas fuite vers la sécurité
La partie intéressante : de mauvais chiffres sur l’emploi = de bons marchés (les espoirs de hausses de taux s’éteignent).

⏭️ Le véritable pivot : l’IPC le 12 août
Lecture de Timiraos : ce rapport est « difficile à interpréter » — il réduit l’urgence d’une hausse en septembre, mais l’inflation est désormais la variable clé. Un CPI modéré et la Fed peut conserver une posture confortable ; un chiffre chaud et le scénario « pas de hausse » se défait rapidement.
En bref pour les traders : ralentissement du marché du travail + baisse des anticipations de taux = vent favorable pour les actifs à risque (BTC, or, tech). Mais tout le récit repose sur l’IPC de la semaine prochaine — restez réactifs.
