The financial markets have just experienced a turbulent night. U.S. technology stocks plunged, Bitcoin and numerous altcoins came under heavy selling pressure.

But from BTCVN4’s perspective, the most important question is not how much the market has fallen.

It is this: Could the collapse of one speculative cycle become the catalyst for a new growth cycle in crypto?

This is my personal market outlook.

1. THE AI BUBBLE MAY HAVE STARTED TO CRACK

Over the past few years, AI has become the center of attention in global financial markets.

Massive amounts of capital have flowed into Nvidia, semiconductor companies, data centers, and businesses related to AI.

There is no denying that AI is a technological revolution. However, a technology with enormous potential does not mean every company in the sector is fairly valued.

What concerns me is the growing gap between:

  • Expected value and actual economic value.

  • Investment scale and the ability to generate profits.

  • Valuation growth and revenue growth.

When market expectations become excessively high, even a few negative signals can trigger a major shift in investor sentiment.

Last night’s sell-off in technology stocks may be a sign that investors are beginning to reassess the entire AI narrative.

I am not claiming that the entire AI bubble has definitively burst. But if this marks the beginning of a major valuation correction, global financial markets could enter a period of significant capital rotation.

2. WHY IS CRYPTO FALLING SO SHARPLY IN THE SHORT TERM?

When technology stocks are sold off, Bitcoin and altcoins also come under pressure.

This is not difficult to understand.

During the initial stages of a financial shock, investors tend to reduce risk, increase cash holdings, and close leveraged positions.

Crypto remains a highly volatile asset class. Therefore, it is often heavily affected when market sentiment shifts toward risk aversion.

In particular, the liquidation of leveraged long positions can amplify the decline.

However, I believe we must clearly distinguish between:

The short-term impact of a risk-asset sell-off and the long-term opportunity created by capital rotation. These are two completely different stories.

A market decline today does not mean crypto has lost its growth potential in the future.

3. EVEN A SMALL CAPITAL ROTATION COULD HAVE A MAJOR IMPACT ON CRYPTO

This is the most important part of my thesis.

The U.S. stock market has an enormous market capitalization. Meanwhile, the crypto market is significantly smaller.

If even a small portion of capital leaves highly valued technology stocks and moves into crypto, the impact on prices could be substantial.

More importantly, if capital does not remain concentrated in Bitcoin but begins spreading into ETH and altcoins, the market could enter a new growth cycle.

However, we must understand one thing:

Not all capital leaving AI stocks will flow into crypto.

Some may move into cash, bonds, or gold.

The key condition is that capital must actually return to risk assets while market liquidity remains healthy.

4. THE NEXT CYCLE MAY NO LONGER BE A GAME OF MEME COINS

If a new crypto growth cycle emerges, I expect investors to increasingly focus on projects capable of generating real economic value.

The sectors worth watching include:

🔹 RWA – Real-World Asset Tokenization: Bringing bonds, financial assets, and traditional investment products onto the blockchain.

🔹 Stablecoins and Payments: Building global payment infrastructure that is faster, more transparent, and more cost-efficient.

🔹 DeFi: Developing financial services operating on blockchain networks.

🔹 Blockchain Infrastructure: Networks capable of attracting users, transactions, and real-world assets.

🔹 Oracles and Data: Providing reliable data for on-chain financial applications.

I believe that, over the long term, projects with real users, revenue, genuine token utility, and sustainable tokenomics will have a competitive advantage.

However, real-world utility does not automatically translate into token price appreciation. Economic value must ultimately translate into actual demand for the token.

5. INJ AND OTHER REAL-WORLD UTILITY PROJECTS COULD BE REVALUED

When it comes to Injective, I remain interested in the potential growth of its on-chain financial ecosystem, asset tokenization, and new financial products.

The INJ ETF is an important catalyst, but I do not consider an ETF to be the sole factor determining long-term value. @Injective

What I want to see is:

  • Growth in real trading activity.

  • Increasing demand for INJ.

  • More users and assets entering the ecosystem.

  • Actual capital inflows into investment products related to INJ.

  • Stronger network security and stability.

If these factors improve together, INJ could have an opportunity to be revalued by the market.

And this does not apply only to INJ. It also applies to other projects with solid technological foundations and genuine economic utility.

6. DO NOT CONFUSE OPPORTUNITY WITH CERTAINTY

I still believe crypto could enter a powerful growth cycle if capital rotates and liquidity returns.

However, I do not rule out a negative scenario.

If the AI bubble bursts and triggers a credit crisis, economic recession, or a global liquidity contraction, crypto could continue falling significantly.

Therefore, I will not buy simply because the market is bleeding.

I want to observe:

  • Whether Bitcoin stabilizes.

  • Whether ETF inflows return.

  • Whether stablecoin liquidity recovers.

  • Whether altcoins begin outperforming BTC.

  • Whether projects with real-world utility attract new capital.

Major opportunities often emerge during periods of market panic.

But to capture those opportunities, we need capital, patience, and a well-founded investment thesis.

CONCLUSION: THE COLLAPSE OF ONE BUBBLE COULD MARK THE BEGINNING OF A NEW CYCLE

I do not believe AI will disappear. AI remains a long-term technological revolution.

But capital cannot remain concentrated in a single sector forever.

If AI valuations undergo a correction, the market may begin searching for new opportunities.

And crypto, particularly projects with real-world utility, could become one of the most interesting destinations.

Even a relatively small capital rotation could have a substantial impact on the crypto market.

But the most important factor remains actual capital flows, not expectations.

I do not view last night’s decline merely as a collapse. I see it as a test for the market—and potentially the beginning of a much larger capital rotation.

The market may be changing. And those who prepare during difficult times could be the ones who capture the opportunities of the next cycle.
