Kraken's existing password-recovery rules treat withdrawal destinations differently after a reset.
Withdrawals to new addresses are held for up to 24 hours after a password change. Withdrawals to updated addresses during the 24 hours after a reset are also held. Unchanged addresses already saved in the account are exempt from this particular restriction.
