đ„ The Bill Died. The Fed Hiked. $BTC Broke $81,000 Anyway Both of September's coin-flip events landed on the bad side. Bitcoin went up regardless. On September 15, the CLARITY Act failed its Senate cloture vote 49-50, seven votes short, with every Democrat and four Republicans voting no. It was the industry's biggest legislative push of the year, and it collapsed. The next day, the Fed raised rates 25 basis points to 3.75%-4.00%, its first hike since 2023, in a unanimous 12-0 vote that included Chairman Kevin Warsh himself; the man Trump appointed specifically to cut. By the textbook, that's two bearish catalysts in 24 hours. Bitcoin fell below $77,000 heading into the vote, right on script. Then it reversed. As of September 19, $BTC trades at $81,354, up more than 5% on the week, with short covering and renewed spot ETF inflows doing the heavy lifting. Crypto "absorbed a fairly aggressive hawkish repricing without much damage." Altcoins followed, with $ETH, $SOL, and $BNB all posting weekly gains above 4%. The next test sits right above: $82,000-83,000 has capped every rally attempt since late August. Clear it, and the golden cross from September 8 gets its confirmation. Fail again, and this becomes one more bounce in a choppy year. #BTC Price Analysis# #Altcoin Season# #Macro Insights#
