XRP Ledger’s BatchV1_1 amendment has moved above its validator-support threshold and entered a 14-day activation countdown, according to data recorded by XRPLDashboard at 07:03:25 UTC on September 16. The amendment had support from 29 of 35 trusted validators, with activation projected for September 29 at 14:06:41 UTC if that support is maintained.
The update reverses the prior “one vote away” status. Batch V1.1 was reported at 27 of 35 validator votes on September 15, or about 77%, leaving it just below the 80% level needed to start the two-week countdown.
BatchV1_1 moved from 27 votes to 29 of 35
The latest tally puts BatchV1_1 at roughly 83% support among the 35 trusted validators tracked by the dashboard. That is two votes higher than the tally reported a day earlier by CoinDesk.
Clearing the threshold does not make the amendment active immediately. Support must remain at the required level through the countdown period; based on the September 16 dashboard reading, the projected activation time is September 29 at 14:06:41 UTC.
xrpld 3.3.0 ships the reviewed Batch V1.1 implementation
Batch V1.1 ships in xrpld 3.3.0, the XRP Ledger server software release, after RippleX said on September 14 that the revised implementation fixed a signature-validation vulnerability found in the original version. According to RippleX Developers, it also underwent senior reviews, attack testing, external audits and regression testing before being presented for amendment activation.

Atomic batches can bundle up to eight cross-account transactions
If activated, Batch V1.1 will allow supported XRPL transactions from different accounts to execute atomically: every transaction in a batch will either complete or fail, avoiding a partially completed sequence.
RippleX says a batch can include up to eight transactions. Activation remains conditional on validator support holding for the full 14-day period.
