Before using or evaluating an RWA token, check its token permissions and issuer controls — not just the asset name.
Some tokenized assets may include features such as:
• Freeze authority
• Pausable transfers
• Permanent delegate controls
These features are not automatically a red flag. Regulated products may use them for compliance or recovery. But they can affect how freely you can transfer, sell, or redeem the token.
The important question is simple:
What can the issuer or authorized address do after you hold the token?
Read the official documentation and check the token’s mint details before relying on its “backed by real assets” label.
