To log in to your Binance Brazil account, choose Log In rather than Sign Up, then use the email address, mobile number, linked sign-in method or passkey already connected to that account. Complete the security verification requested on screen. On the website, an authenticated Binance app can also approve a QR login. CPF, legal name and Pix bank details do not replace the account credential. If one factor is missing, recover the existing account instead of creating another profile. đ§đ·
Three Doors Lead to the Same Account đ
A Brazil-based Binance user does not receive a separate Brazilian username. The website and mobile app access the same account through one of three doors:
Registered account details: The email address or mobile number attached to the account, followed by the password and any requested security verification.
A configured authentication method: A passkey or linked sign-in provider that was already connected to the same Binance account.
App-approved web access: A QR code displayed by Binance Web and confirmed inside an app session that is already authenticated.
CPF is not a fourth login door. It can identify the verified customer during KYC, tax-residency checks or BRL payment matching, but entering a CPF into an email-or-phone field will not locate the account.
Only a reader who has never created a Binance account should take the registration branch below. Anyone with an existing or forgotten account should continue with login or recovery.
Website Login: Use Log In, Not Sign Up
Use the Binance website associated with the existing account and enter through its Log In control. A normal browser sequence is:
Open Binance independently in the browser instead of following a login link from a message or search advertisement.
Select Log In.
Enter the registered email address or mobile number, or choose a linked method that was previously attached to the account.
Enter the password when the selected route requests it, or complete the configured passkey prompt.
Complete the authenticator, email, SMS, passkey or other security check presented for that account.
Confirm that the dashboard belongs to the intended profile before opening a wallet or BRL payment screen.
A linked provider is not interchangeable with an email address merely because both use the same inbox. If the Binance account was created with one method and another method was never linked, choosing the second button may not locate the original profile. Return to the known account method or use recovery rather than experimenting with a new sign-up.
Browser autofill can also select an old credential. Check the full email address or mobile number before submitting, especially on a shared device or a browser containing more than one profile.
App Login: Keep the Original Account Method đ±
Open the verified Binance app already installed on the device. If the opening screen combines registration and login, enter that area and choose Log In for an existing account.
Use the same email address, mobile number, linked provider or passkey associated with the web account. The app may request device authentication or another verification factor after the first credential is accepted. Complete only the prompts shown inside the app session you initiated.
Reinstalling the Binance app does not delete the online account, change its country of residence or create a new identity. It only removes the local application data from that device. After reinstalling, sign back into the same account rather than registering again.
The mobile-store country is also separate from the residence recorded by Binance. Installing through a Brazilian storefront does not convert another profile into a Brazil account, and changing the phone language does not alter the account's KYC information.
QR Login: Let the App Approve the Browser Session đ·
QR login is useful when the Binance app is already authenticated and the user wants to open Binance Web without typing the password into the browser.
Open the Binance web login page and select the QR option shown there.
Open the authenticated Binance app on the phone.
Use the app's scanner from the profile or scanning control displayed in the interface.
Scan the QR code visible on the browser login page.
Review the device and login details shown in the app.
Confirm only the request you initiated.
The browser QR code and the app approval form one transaction. A QR image delivered through a private message, support impersonation or screen-sharing session is outside that chain. Do not scan it merely because it contains Binance branding.
Closing the browser or allowing the code to become invalid does not damage the account. Start a fresh QR session from the web login page rather than using a screenshot of an earlier code.
CPF Identifies the Verified Person, Not the Login đ§Ÿ
Brazilian account access becomes easier to diagnose when the account credential and the verified identity record are kept separate:
Email, mobile number or linked method locates the Binance account.
Password, passkey and security factors authenticate the person attempting to enter it.
CPF and photo identification connect the account to the verified customer.
Tax-residency information completes a separate declaration when requested.
Bank-account name and CPF support ownership matching when an eligible Pix or BRL route is used.
An error involving CPF, identity details or proof of address usually occurs after the login has already located the account. Resetting the password will not correct a mismatched taxpayer record. Resolve the specific identity or payment field through the account's verification area.
Likewise, a valid CPF does not reveal which email address, mobile number or linked provider created the account. If the login identifier is forgotten, use the account-identification recovery route rather than repeatedly entering CPF-related data into authentication fields.
Recover the Missing Factor Without Re-registering đ§
Start recovery from the piece of account information you still control:
The email or phone is known, but the password is not: Choose Forgot password from the login flow, complete the ownership checks and create a replacement password.
The password works, but a second factor is unavailable: Use the security-verification-unavailable or 2FA-reset route shown after the password step. Reset the missing factor instead of changing unrelated credentials.
A configured passkey is unavailable: Choose the unavailable-passkey option when presented, then continue with another configured security factor or the recovery process.
The registered email address or mobile number is inaccessible: Follow the change or reset route offered for that security method. If another trusted session is still open, review the in-account security options before signing out of it.
The original identifier is forgotten: Check previous Binance emails, saved credentials and authenticator labels. If the account still cannot be identified, use Binance's Forgot Account appeal for an applicable verified account.
The account is locked or disabled: Follow the account-specific unlock or support instructions displayed by Binance. Repeated password resets do not remove an account-state restriction.
Recovery can request identity evidence because the platform must establish ownership before replacing an authentication factor. Submit that evidence only inside the Binance recovery or authenticated support flow. Security holds may apply after credentials or verification devices are changed; the notice shown during the specific recovery action controls what is temporarily unavailable.
A Successful Login Can Still Stop Before Pix
Login confirms access to the account session. It does not prove that identity verification is complete, that the residence record is accurate or that every Brazil-facing product is available.
After login, the account may still display an identity correction, supplemental document request or verification review. Handle that request in the Identification area. Do not create a replacement account merely because the original profile needs corrected information.
Pix is another layer. If a BRL deposit or withdrawal method appears, its instructions may require the personal bank-account holder's name and CPF to match the verified Binance customer. Being able to log in does not make a third-party bank account eligible, and the absence of Pix is not necessarily a password or app problem.
Confirm the Brazil Profile Before Acting â
Once access is restored, check the masked email or mobile number, profile identity, country of residence and verification status before initiating an account action. If more than one Binance profile has been used on the device, confirm the Binance user ID and balances belong to the intended account rather than relying on the displayed nickname.
Review recognised devices and configured authentication methods after an unexpected login problem or recovery event. Remove only access you do not recognise, and keep at least one working recovery path attached to the account.
If these checks establish that no previous Binance account exists and the user is genuinely registering for the first time, use the registration path. It creates a new account; it is not a login or recovery destination.
