• Resistance: 0.3100
• Next levels: 0.3600 → 0.4200
• Support: 0.2100
• Major lower support: 0.1700

📈 Bullish scenario: A strong close above 0.3100, followed by a successful retest, could strengthen the continuation setup.

⚠️ Risk scenario: If PORTAL loses 0.2100, this bullish structure would become much weaker.

RSI is also showing positive momentum, but confirmation matters more than simply chasing a move.
