$VIC reclaims 1.2 cents by Friday or this whole bounce thesis is cooked.
RSI at 12. Twelve. Last time we saw single digits on the 4h it ripped 60% in two days. Volume is dead (30% of the 20d avg) which means retail already puked.
Down 87% from the 30d high but only 1% off the range floor. That's capitulation structure.
