Polkadot (DOT) is undergoing a critical retest of local overhead resistance, showing mixed technical signals across short and long timeframes. 1. Price Action & Market Structure Current Zone: Hovering near $1.20 – $1.25. Lower-timeframe (1H) structures show higher lows, indicating short-term bullish momentum driven by broader altcoin rotation. Primary Resistance: $1.25. This zone has capped multiple recovery attempts. A sustained breakout above this level is required to open targets near $1.30 and higher resistance around $2.10. Key Support Levels: $1.15 – $1.17 serves as immediate support. A breakdown below this range risks a pullback toward key support at $1.05 – $1.10. 2. Indicators & Sentiment Momentum: Indicators like the 50-day SMA ($1.14) and Parabolic SAR suggest short-term upward momentum, though higher-timeframe trends remain macro-bearish. RSI: Oscillating in neutral-to-slightly bullish territory (~50–55), reflecting market indecision at current resistance levels. 3. Strategic Outlook Bullish Scenario: A daily candle close above $1.25 invalidates the overhead supply, setting up a continuation toward $1.30+. Bearish Scenario: Rejection at the $1.25 resistance level favors sellers, with near-term downside risk targeting the $1.15 support or $1.05 multi-timeframe floor. #dot #SECApproves3xLongCryptoCommodityETPs #G7PlansToReleaseUpTo100MBarrelsOilDiesel #ICBASuesOCCOverCryptoBankCharters #levelsabovemagical $DOT $SAND
