Hello everyone, I want to find the person or group of people who will halt the operation of all exchanges simultaneously for 48 hours with the message: "Your exchange will be frozen for 48 hours due to suspicious activity."

These individuals completely disregard the messages users send them, throwing back canned responses, excusing themselves by claiming they are unable to change/improve what they have created themselves. Because of such responses, I begin to doubt that people create technologies, as they seem incapable of influencing what they have created themselves.
