The unavailability of red packages is not just a technical inconvenience, but a decision that destroys user trust in Binance. People are faced with restrictions without a clear explanation of the reasons, timing and real mechanism for solving the problem.

Under the guise of “policy” or “security,” users are actually denied access to a sought-after feature, leaving them without clear support and transparency. This approach devalues customer loyalty and damages the platform’s reputation.

Please pass this message on to the management and responsible teams: clear accessibility rules, a personal explanation of the reasons for the restrictions, and a clear procedure for reviewing decisions are needed. Ignoring the dissatisfaction of a large number of users means deliberately undermining trust in the service.

🔴 LA GRAN CONTRADICCIÓN DE BINANCE: ¿Quiénes son los verdaderos bots? 🤔🤖

Es muy frustante la situación que estamos viviendo los usuarios reales en Binance Square y Binance Live. Al intentar reclamar un simple Sobre Rojo (Red Box), la plataforma nos bloquea con el mensaje: "Según los términos de la actividad, tu cuenta no es elegible para reclamar este Sobre Rojo en este momento".

Nos marcan falsamente como "bots" o cuentas sospechosas, limitando nuestra participación en las dinámicas de la comunidad sin ninguna justificación clara.

Pero aquí viene la verdadera ironía y la contradicción más grande: Cuando un usuario real intenta apelar, reclamar o buscar soporte para solucionar este error, quien te atiende y te responde con mensajes automáticos es un BOT. ❌🤖

* Si somos humanos, nos tratan como bots.

* Si buscamos ayuda humana, nos atiende un bot.

Exigimos que Binance revise sus algoritmos de detección. No es justo que los usuarios activos, que damos vida a la comunidad, seamos sancionados por sistemas automatizados defectuosos mientras el soporte real brilla por su ausencia.
