O período para a Declaração do Imposto de Renda 2025 está prestes a começar, e é essencial que os investidores em criptomoedas estejam atentos às diretrizes estabelecidas pela Receita Federal. Prazo para Declaração

Este ano, o prazo de entrega da declaração tem início na próxima segunda-feira, 17 de março, às 8h, e termina em 30 de maio, às 23h59min59s.

Quem Deve Declarar Criptomoedas?

De acordo com as normas vigentes, todos os contribuintes que possuíam criptoativos com valor de aquisição igual ou superior a R$ 5.000,00 em 31 de dezembro de 2024, e que estejam obrigados a apresentar a Declaração de Imposto de Renda, devem incluir esses ativos na ficha de Bens e Direitos.

Além disso, aqueles que realizaram vendas de criptoativos que, somadas, ultrapassaram R$ 35.000,00 em um único mês, e obtiveram lucro, estão sujeitos ao pagamento de Imposto de Renda sobre o ganho de capital.

Alíquotas Aplicáveis sobre Ganhos de Capital:

Até R$ 5.000.000,00: 15%

De R$ 5.000.000,01 a R$ 10.000.000,00: 17,5%

De R$ 10.000.000,01 a R$ 30.000.000,00: 20%

Acima de R$ 30.000.000,00: 22,5%

Como Declarar Seus Criptoativos:

Os criptoativos devem ser informados na ficha de "Bens e Direitos", utilizando os seguintes códigos específicos:

81: Bitcoin (BTC)

82: Outras criptomoedas (Altcoins como ETH, ADA, SOL, etc.)

83: Stablecoins (USDT, USDC, BUSD, etc.)

89: Outros criptoativos, como NFTs e fan tokens

No campo de discriminação, é necessário detalhar a quantidade de cada ativo, a corretora utilizada ou se a aquisição foi via peer-to-peer (P2P), o valor pago na compra e as datas das aquisições.

Atenção às Operações no Exterior:

Uma mudança significativa introduzida pela Lei nº 14.754/2023 é a tributação de ganhos de capital obtidos com criptoativos no exterior, independentemente do valor. A alíquota aplicada é de 15%, com um sistema de compensação anual no mesmo período de apuração.

🔸We are getting one after one bullish news that is causing bounce. But this bounce will be over once liquidity above recent high of $84K sweep. Here is further detail.

🔸Current bounce from $76K to $84K is just news bounce nothing else. It will be over and market will dump again.
🔸In our second last article we mentioned $75,500 - $77,500 as a strong support. Market bounce from there but we did not buy, reason already mentioned in last article.

🔸If you bought around $77K just book profits and wait for dump again.

🔸If we look technically on chart most expected senerio is that #BTC may sweep liquidity from last high of $84K and dump again upto $74K or below.
🔸Once it happen we will look for bigger shakeout candle before buying.

🔸It is totally about pain that retailers must face before any mega rally.
🔸Just look at previous data. In 2024 start BTC take almost 27% correction just after ETF approval to remove all retailers who bought in fomo.
🔸Same thing happened in mid and off mid, BTC took almost 50% correction from its top to remove all retailers who bought in fomo as BTC created all time high.
🔸Right now same thing is happening, $BTC is removing all retailers and weak holders who bought in fomo of trump becoming as a president.
🔸In my opinion 90% of them will be removed when market will bleed one more time that can go down upto $74K or even more down all depend on volume and sentiments.
🔸Once they get remove market will bkunce again and will restart a new rally that can go upto $135K in my lame opinion.
🔸Right now personally I am buying and accumulating alts with 30% DCA capability.
🔸Alts that I am accumulating mostly belongs to #Layer1 .
🔸I can shill some solid alts if this article reach 500K views.
🔸Remember don't fear right now while accumulating alts. Most probably with in few weeks alts start rally and do 2X 3X. But do DCA and don't buy 2 or 4 projects.
🔸Invest atleast in 15 - 20 solid projects and don't relay on one project only.
