Only 29% out of the top 50 altcoins have outperformed $BTC this year.
This percentage has not gone above 39% for the past 6 months.
As you can see by the chart, the last time altcoins truly outperformed over a long period of time was during the covid era in 2020-2021.
Anything after that point has been short periods of outperformance but never lasting more than 2-3 months or more recently, 2-3 weeks at best.

HaussierSomeone bought $SHIB for $ 269 in 2020
2 weeks later, his bag was worth $ 4.7 BILLION
That’s what real altseason is False. Its was $8k to $ 5.7billion . He started accumulating in August of 2020 all through November 2020 , he diamond handed his holdings till October of 2021 when his bag was worth $5.7billion and he has still been holding till date. This is what we call patience in crypto investing. Fortune favours the diamond hands.
