JD稳定币碰瓷诈骗案是2025年稳定币概念走红后出现的典型骗局，骗子全程假冒京东名义设套，靠高收益和传销式拉新敛财，即便京东多次辟谣仍换马甲持续行骗。
骗子虚构出“京东币链（香港）”公司，谎称是京东科技的香港子公司，还把代币命名为JD稳定币，搭配“京东链E卡”“Plus大会员”等和京东相关的名称混淆视听。同时伪造宣传页面和社群，在宣讲会上宣称有京东数字技术支撑、资产由持牌机构托管，以此骗取投资者信任。
骗局设计了多款超高收益产品，比如封闭期90天或180天的产品，30万枚稳定币（约合235万港元）投入180天，到期能额外获90万枚稳定币收益，年化收益率超70%；还有AI链基金套餐，8888元套餐年化收益率达38.88%。此外还抛出注册就送1万枚JD稳定币和1000股JD原始股的福利，声称注册福利价值超2万元。
设置了多层级推广奖励机制，直推激活不同人数能获18元到888元不等奖励，下级业绩达到2万元到100万元，推广者还能拿到88元到12888元的奖励。这种拉人头返利模式，能让骗局快速扩散，吸引更多人入局。
投资者想变现收益时，会被要求缴纳800元开通“Plus大会员”，才能获得JD稳定币的内部交易和提现资格。所谓兑换京东链E卡、上链提现等承诺，其实都是拖延和骗取费用的借口，本质没有任何真实提现渠道。
京东币链科技多次通过官方渠道辟谣，声明未发行稳定币，也无相关社区，还沟通平台下架了虚假代币。但骗子并未收手，而是频繁改头换面，继续通过社群、仿冒APP等渠道诱导用户注册投资，后续多地金融监管部门也专门发布风险警示，提醒公众警惕此类骗局。
