#TeslaSlides5%PreMarket 🔻 TESLA SLIDES 5% PRE-MARKET - $TSLADump Explained! $TSLA trading $369.85 pre-market (-4.3% to -5%) after $386.47 close yesterday. Why? *3 Reasons $TSLAis Dumping Today:* *1. Q3 Earnings = Bad Call (Main Reason)* - EPS + Revenue BEAT, but GAAP net income -43% YoY 😬 - Capex doubled to $3.73B, but Tesla CUT 2026 capex guidance from $25B to $20B = growth slowing? - Lars Moravy: Battery supply limiting auto production *2. SpaceX Merger = "MESS"* Elon said merger talk is "tap dancing through a minefield" and refused to answer questions on earnings calls. Reuters source called Musk's endorsement a "mess" that could delay talk weeks. $3.5 Trillion mega-merger? SpaceX ($2T) + Tesla ($1.48T). Independent committees formed, Musk excluded from talks due to conflict. The market hates uncertainty. Former Rivian exec Phil Beisel: "Tesla should stop doing these calls. Great quarter, bad earnings call." *3. Tech Selloff + Oil $111* - Nasdaq futures -450 points, Nikkei -3%, Kospi -3.5% - $NVDA $MU $SPCX $SPX all down pre-market - Brent $111.42 - Middle East strikes (Saudi + Iran fears) *Levels:* - Support: $368-$370 pre-market low, then $355 - Morningstar raised fair value to $475 (from $450) citing FSD adoption - 52W range: $297 - $498, still -14% YTD My view: This is by the fear if you believe in Robotaxi. Tesla targeting Cybercab sales to the public by the end of 2026 despite the NHTSA probe (no steering wheel). If a merger happens with 30% premium = $500+ target.
