Hunter Biden Says LAPTOP Founders' Wallet Tokens Have Not Moved Since Launch
Hunter Biden released an accounting of the LAPTOP memecoin he helped launch last month and said the project was intended to mock U.S. President Donald Trump's memecoin. According to NS3.AI, blockchain data showed that 300 million tokens in wallets linked to LAPTOP's founders had not moved since launch.
Biden said two trading firms hired by the project benefited most after withdrawing funds seconds after the token reached a peak price of about $317. He said one firm made $686,000 from decentralized-exchange liquidity positions, while the other took in about $2.18 million more than it spent through trading. Biden also said founder tokens would remain locked for six months after launch.
