📜 DIP-10: Rebalance Protocol-Owned DOLO Liquidity Across Berachain and Arbitrum
This team proposal would unwind the DAO-owned DOLO/WBERA position, replace it with DOLO/USDC, and divide the position approximately 50/50 between Berachain and Arbitrum by net USD value.
The proposed pools are:
→ DOLO/USDC on Kodiak for Berachain
→ DOLO/native USDC on Uniswap V3 for Arbitrum
Both remain DAO-controlled, creating a DOLO market on Arbitrum and retaining Berachain liquidity.

📜 DIP-11: Bring Dolomite Governance Home to Arbitrum
This Dolomite team proposal would move core governance and tokenomics infrastructure from Berachain to Arbitrum, including veDOLO, oDOLO claims and pairing, and the governance voting venue.
DIP-11 would establish Arbitrum as Dolomite’s primary governance home while keeping its Berachain markets, assets, and future incentive eligibility outside the migration.

📜 DIP-12: Deploy DAO-Owned DOLO/USDG Liquidity on Robinhood Chain
This team proposal would pair 2,000,000 treasury-held DOLO with the required USDG in a DAO-owned Uniswap V3 position on Robinhood Chain, using a price range of $0.02 to $0.50 per DOLO.
The USDG pairing would come from existing DAO funds, with the amount calculated at execution. The position would remain DAO-owned, with trading fees accruing to the DAO.
