According to the announcement from Binance, the platform is launching a limited-time welcome campaign for new users in the LATAM region, offering USDT voucher rewards of up to 15 USDT. The promotion will run from 2026-07-29 14:00 (UTC) to 2026-08-11 13:00 (UTC) and is open only to new users who register for a Binance account and complete identity verification during the Promotion Period. Users who register through affiliate or referral links or channels are not eligible. The campaign is available only in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and Venezuela. Eligible participants must complete deposit and trading tasks in sequence, and rewards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis until the reward pool is depleted. Each user can claim the reward once per completed task.

Task Details and Rewards: The campaign includes three qualifying actions. Users who complete a Fiat or P2P deposit of at least 1 USDT can receive a 1 USDT token voucher. Those who trade a cumulative volume of at least 50 USDT through eligible Spot or Convert pairs can receive a 4 USDT token voucher. Users who trade a cumulative volume of at least 1,000 USDT through eligible Spot or Convert pairs can receive a 10 USDT token voucher. Rewards are distributed within 48 hours after successful task completion, and eligible users must claim their vouchers through the Rewards Hub before expiration. All token voucher rewards expire within 14 days of distribution. The announcement also states that 0 fee trading pairs are excluded from trading volume calculations, and it lists excluded Spot and Convert pairs. Sub-account trading volume will not be combined with the master account’s trading volume in the final calculation. Binance also noted that users involved in dishonest behavior, including wash trading, bulk account registrations or logins, self dealing, or market manipulation, may be disqualified from reward eligibility.
