Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, has announced that it will remove support for privacy cryptocurrencies in Spain and three other European countries. The affected countries are France, Poland and Italy.

The decision comes as regulators in these countries have been increasingly scrutinizing privacy cryptocurrencies. These coins are designed to make it difficult to track transactions, which has raised concerns that they could be used for illegal activities.

Binance said that it was making the move to comply with local regulations. The exchange said that it would continue to offer support for privacy cryptocurrencies in other countries where it is allowed to do so.

The following privacy cryptocurrencies will be delisted from Binance in Spain, France, Poland, and Italy on June 26, 2023:

  1. Dash (DASH)

  2. Border (XVG)

  3. Do (DO)

  4. Monero (XMR)

  5. Navcoin (NAV)

  6. fire (fire)

  7. horizon (zen)

  8. Secret (SCRT)

  9. Zcash (ZEC)

  10. PIVX (PIVX)

  11. Decred (DCR)

  12. Mobile Currency (MOB)

Users who have these coins in their Binance accounts will be able to withdraw them until June 26, 2023. After that date, they will no longer be able to trade or withdraw these coins from their Binance accounts.
