Fairshake affiliate Defend American Jobs disclosed about $46.66 million in calendar-year-to-date spending opposing Ohio Democrat Sherrod Brown, according to a Federal Election Commission filing. The Ohio contest is the crypto industry's most expensive target in its 2026 campaign. The filing also showed spending supporting Brown's Republican opponent, Jon Husted. Fairshake announced on Oct. 5 that the PAC network would support 32 House incumbents, with an initial $6 million committed to six candidates. Fairshake is expected to spend more than $100 million across House and Senate races this cycle.
