CoreWeave ($CRWV) bonds just got hammered — now yielding 15%. That's distress territory for a company sitting on $130B in backlog with Nvidia backing them hard.

Credit markets aren't panicking for no reason. Either this is short-term fear — maybe liquidity concerns, covenant worries, or just a violent repricing of AI infrastructure risk — or something structural is breaking. $130B in backlog means nothing if cash conversion lags or if the build-out economics don't pencil at scale.

The real question: is this a temporary dislocation you can trade, or are bond buyers seeing something in the capital structure that equity holders are ignoring? When credit moves this fast on a name this central to the AI build, it's worth asking what they know that you don't.
