⚡ Bitcoin ETFs Just Lost $485M in One Day. Is $81K Next? That’s a pretty sharp reversal for a market that started October with so much optimism. And the timing makes it even more interesting. On October 7, U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded $484.9 million in net outflows, their biggest single-day withdrawal in over a year. BlackRock’s IBIT led with $207.7 million leaving the fund, while Fidelity and Ark Invest also saw withdrawals exceeding $100 million each. (Farside Investors) But here’s what caught my attention: just one day earlier, these funds attracted $118.8 million in inflows. Ethereum ETFs also lost $160.9 million on October 7. So this wasn’t just a Bitcoin story. Investors were pulling money from crypto products more broadly as $BTC slipped toward $82,000. 📌 And the macro backdrop isn’t helping. Rising tensions near the Strait of Hormuz pushed Brent crude futures above $104 a barrel, bringing inflation concerns back into focus and putting more pressure on risk assets. I think the key level to watch now is $81,108. Bitcoin is forming a bearish M-shaped pattern on the daily chart, and a close below that support could open the door toward $76,141. That doesn’t mean another crash is guaranteed. But with ETF outflows accelerating and geopolitical risks rising, I’d be watching whether buyers can defend $81K before calling this another buying opportunity. 👀 Not financial advice.
