SuiNetwork just posted a wild performance number at Basecamp Singapore, reaching 40,614,180 transactions per second, with the test verified by CertiK.
But there’s an important detail: this wasn’t running through normal Sui mainnet blocks.
The test used Sui Tunnels, off-chain channels that settle back to mainnet when they close.
Still, the result absolutely crushes sui:native’s previous 6M TPS record from July.
