Telegram’s native Gram Wallet is now being gradually rolled out to its billion-plus users after initially becoming available to a select group.
Pavel Durov confirmed the rollout, saying the wallet is designed as a non-custodial wallet, meaning users control their own funds.
Telegram’s current wallet materials also show Gram being used for Telegram Stars, Premium, giveaways, payments and other TON ecosystem services.
And one important clarification:
Gram is the native coin of The Open Network (TON). TON is the blockchain; Gram is the token.
So the real GRAM story right now is not another price prediction.
