October is here.
And if you're a new crypto trader, this could be the perfect time to stop chasing hype and start learning how the market actually moves.
Forget the question:
âWhich coin will make me rich?â
Ask yourself:
âWhich market can I study well enough to make better decisions?â đ§
That change in mindset can make a huge difference.
đȘ Why Am I Watching $ADA?
For this October, one of the assets Iâm paying attention to is $ADA â Cardano.
Cardano is a proof-of-stake blockchain, while ADA is its native cryptocurrency. The network supports staking, applications, native assets and on-chain governance.
But my interest here isn't about telling you:
âBuy ADA now.â
No.
I'm interested in ADA because it gives beginners an opportunity to study price action, levels, momentum and market psychology.
That's what trading should be about.
đ ADA Is Approaching an Interesting Area
At the time of writing, ADA is trading around $0.27, with recent market data showing price moving around the $0.27â$0.28 area.
My previous level was around:
đŻ $0.279
The market reached that area.
Now the next level I'm watching is:
đ„ $0.30
Why $0.30?
Because round numbers often attract attention from traders and can become important psychological levels.
But here's the most important part:
$0.30 is a level to watch â not a guaranteed target.
If ADA breaks above it and holds with convincing momentum and volume, the chart could become more interesting.
If it fails, the market can simply move the other way.
That's crypto.
đ§ Beginners: Don't Trade the Coin â Study the Chart
This is where many new traders make their first mistake.
They see:
đą Green candle
đą Price going up
đą Social media excitement
And suddenly:
âI need to buy!â
No.
Slow down.
Before entering a trade, ask:
Where is support?
Where is resistance?
Where would my idea be invalidated?
How much am I willing to lose?
Where will I take profit?
That's trading discipline.
đ Your October Trading Homework
If you're new to crypto, try something different this month.
Choose one asset.
For example:
$ADA
Then study it every day.
Look at:
đ Support
đ Resistance
đ Volume
đ Market structure
đ Breakouts
đ Failed breakouts
đ Risk/reward
đ Your entry and invalidation
Don't make 20 random trades.
Make fewer decisions â but learn from every one.
You don't need 50 trades.
You need 50 lessons. đ§
đ One Rule I Want Every Beginner to Remember
Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
There is no guaranteed trade.
There is no guaranteed coin.
There is no guaranteed $100 â $1,000 strategy.
Anyone promising guaranteed profits deserves your attention â but not your money. đš
Crypto rewards preparation, patience and risk management far more than blind confidence.
đ My ADA Watchlist for October
For me, the chart is simple:
Current area: ~$0.27
Previous level: ~$0.279
Psychological level: $0.30
I'm watching how price behaves around these levels.
Not predicting.
Not promising.
Watching. Analyzing. Waiting.
That's the difference between chasing the market and studying it.
đ October Challenge
If you're a beginner, make October your âLearn Before You Earnâ month.
Pick one coin.
Study it.
Write down your analysis.
Wait for your setup.
Manage your risk.
Then review what happened.
Because your first goal in crypto shouldn't be becoming rich.
Your first goal should be becoming better. đ§
I've been around crypto since 2011, and one lesson continues to stand out:
The market doesn't owe us a profit.
We have to earn our experience.
And sometimes the best tradeâŠ
is the trade you decide not to take. đĄïž
