$PYTH
Pyth is starting to look less like a crypto oracle and more like financial market-data infrastructure.
Its September numbers are getting harder to ignore:
• $11.5M ARR, up 10.6% MoM
• 3,811+ Pyth Pro symbols
• 61 continuous indices
• 129K+ monthly active users on Pyth Terminal
But the most interesting development is Nasdaq.
Pyth has been approved to distribute Nasdaq Basic, Nasdaq's real-time quote and trade data for U.S. equities, through the Pyth Data Marketplace.
This is important because Pyth is no longer focused only on bringing crypto prices onchain.
Its network is expanding across equities, commodities, FX and other financial datasets, while connecting institutional data providers with software-driven applications.
The bigger opportunity could be making financial data programmable and accessible to markets that operate 24/7.
And the timing is interesting.
PYTH is currently around $0.0795, with a market cap of roughly $626M and more than 42% YTD growth.
The market may still see PYTH primarily as an oracle token.
But Pyth seems to be building something broader: a distribution layer for financial data.
If that transition continues, the oracle narrative could eventually become only one part of the story.
