Microsoft's official X account was hijacked and used to promote a Meme coin called CLIPPY, which was themed around its classic paperclip assistant character. According to ChainCatcher, the unauthorized content has since been removed, and Microsoft confirmed to media that the account was accessed without permission and said it is continuing to investigate the incident.
