It's been 2 weeks since the Clarity Act failed in the Senate.

But the SEC and CFTC are moving forward with their own Clarity Act:

- SEC allowed stocks to be traded 24/7 onchain under a temporary exemption.

- CFTC sent its crypto market rules to the White House for review.

- SEC said staking tokens and token buybacks are not securities.

- CFTC updated guidance on tokenized funds.

As I said before, Crypto will get Clarity one way or another, and that's exactly what's happening now.
