đđâ ïž One simple rule can save us from a big problem in crypto.
Sometimes we become very confident about one coin. We read some good news, see the price going up and start thinking, âThis is the coin I should buy.â
Then we may put a big part of our money into that one coin.
But the crypto market can change very quickly.
Even a project that looks good can face a sudden price drop because of market conditions, news or other reasons. If all our money is in one place, a big drop can become very difficult to handle.
That is why I think we should be careful about putting too much money into one coin.
Diversifying does not mean buying 20 or 30 random coins. We should still understand what we are buying. The main point is to avoid depending completely on one coin or one idea.
Another important thing is keeping some money aside. We don't always need to use all our capital in the market. Sometimes a good opportunity comes later, and having some money available can be useful.
For me, crypto is not only about finding the next big coin. It is also about protecting the money we already have.
đ Don't let one trade decide everything.
Make a simple plan, manage your risk and never invest money that you cannot afford to lose.
We may miss some opportunities, and that is okay. There will always be another chance in the market.
đŹ How do you manage your crypto portfolio?
Do you prefer focusing on a few coins or spreading your money across different projects?
