According to Sina Finance, Scott Chronert, head of U.S. equity strategy at Citi Research, said the Federal Reserve's next move could be a rate cut, even though the market broadly expects another rate hike. Chronert said on Thursday on the Street Talk program that Citi economists believe September already saw one rate hike, after which the Fed will likely pause hikes until mid-next year.
