đMarket Cap means "Market Capitalization". It is one way to know the overall market value of a cryptocurrency.
đThe basic formula is:
Market Cap = Current Price Ă Circulating supply
đlet me give you an example, If a cryptocurrency has price of 10$ and one million coins are circulating/spreading:
$10 Ă 1,000,000 = $10 million Market Cap
đMarket cap helps beginners compare the relative size of different cryptocurrencies.
đHowever, market cap alone doesn't tell you if a cryptocurrency is a good investment. Always do your own research before making any decision.
