Compound community member ugurmersin accused the Compound Foundation of misappropriating 8.42 million DAI from DAO reserves. A governance forum post says the DAI bought 344,780 COMP tokens delegated to the foundation's voting address. The foundation said its use of the funds complied with the conditions under which it received them.
